A Different Way Forward
You likely know the tools that are supposed to help
— exercise, meditation, deep breathing —but still find it hard to follow through. Or maybe you’ve tried them and didn’t get much out of it. You might even understand the “why” behind your patterns through books, podcasts, or therapy, but actually changing them still feels out of reach.

That stuck feeling doesn’t mean you’re doing something wrong, it may just mean the approach hasn’t been the right fit yet. There are other ways forward, and with the right support, change can feel more possible.

Does Any of This Sound Familiar?
You push through anxiety and burnout because you “should” be able to handle it all.
You overthink decisions.
You’re unable to relax because you are constantly replaying your to-do list in your head.
You struggle to set boundaries with people because you feel guilty saying no.
You are frustrated with your relationships. You feel like something is missing in your life but
unsure of what.
You don’t have to face these challenges alone.

My holistic approach works with the entire person: mind, body & soul. I understand that mind-only approaches will only get you so far. For example, you might know you are catastrophizing (or “making a mountain out of a molehill") about something but repeatedly telling yourself this doesn’t bring you the embodied relief you yearn for.
My experiential style works with the parts of you that feel stuck. I merge ancient wisdom and modern science to not only give you coping skills, but to help you heal the root of your anxiety, overwhelm, or depression. Healing is not one size fits-all.

We will find an approach that works for you.
