Anxiety Support

You don’t have to figure this out by yourself.

Anxiety can affect your thoughts, your body, and how you move through your day, even when everything looks “fine” from the outside. Therapy can help you better understand what’s happening and give you the tools to feel more calm and clear.

On the outside it might appear like you have it all together. But on the inside? Your anxiety is
taking a toll on you. Whether your anxiety is centered around everyday stressors, socializing,
health, relationships, or specific phobias, here are some of the many symptoms you may
notice:

- Excessive worry -

- Difficulty making decisions -
- Difficulty setting boundaries with people -
- Trouble concentrating -
- Difficulty starting or finishing tasks -
- Avoiding certain places or events -
- Muscle tension -
- Upset stomach -
- Trouble sleeping -

I will help you understand your nervous system so you can use the appropriate tools to help feel
calmer and think clearer. I will also help you get to the root of your anxiety.

Meditation In Nature

In our work together, I can help you:

- Make decisions with more confidence.

- Turn the dial way down from all the "what ifs."

- Turn your mind off at night,

- Manage overwhelm with practical tools.

- Set boundaries without guilt

- Engage in social situations with more ease

And so on...

Here's the thing that I cannot stress enough: There is nothing wrong with you!

Your nervous system is doing exactly what it evolved do-Protect you and keep you alive. Our early ancestors needed sharp threat detection and high amounts of adrenaline to avoid being eaten by tigers. In modern times, some of us need help finding more useful ways to respond to our threat detection and to turn down the volume of these internal alarm bells.
